Job Summary

We are looking for a well-groomed, confident, and customer-oriented Guest Relations Executive to provide an excellent guest experience. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, handling guest queries, and ensuring a smooth and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
• Manage guest reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements.
• Coordinate with the service team and management to ensure smooth guest handling.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain guest records and reservation details, wherever required.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and follow up on special requests.
• Assist with VIP guest handling and special occasions.
• Maintain professional grooming and hospitality standards.
• Coordinate with the operations team to manage guest flow during peak hours.
• Ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in guest relations, front office, hotels, restaurants, or premium hospitality.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality, professional grooming, and a confident approach.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage guests professionally during busy hours.
• Basic knowledge of reservation systems and MS Office is preferred.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Education: Graduate in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.

Salary: As per experience and company standards.

Note: Candidates with experience in luxury hotels, fine-dining restaurants, premium cafés, or upscale hospitality brands will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
