Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Manage table reservations, walk-ins, waiting lists, and guest seating.
- Coordinate with the service team and managers for smooth guest experiences.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Build relationships with regular guests and VIP customers.
- Assist in managing guest birthdays, celebrations, and special requests.
- Maintain guest records and reservation details.
- Support promotions, events, and customer engagement activities.
- Ensure professional grooming, hospitality standards, and courteous communication.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
