What they need
Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcomes patients and visitors, guides them upon arrival, and helps reduce anxiety in a fast-paced clinical setting.
- Manages appointments, coordinates wait times, and helps patients navigate admissions, discharges, and diagnostic departments.
- Connects patients with doctors, nursing units, insurance/TPA desks, and billing teams to prevent miscommunication.
- Listens to patient grievances, resolves service issues promptly, and collects real-time feedback to improve hospital standards
- Manages concierge services, language assistance, and special travel or lodging coordination for out-of-town or international patients.
Qualification
Any Bachelor’s Degree (such as BBA, BSc, or general arts/science), Bsc Computer or specialized degrees in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
