Job Summary

We are looking for a Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to ensure excellent customer service and a positive experience for guests, customers, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests, customers, and visitors professionally.
• Handle guest enquiries, requests, and feedback.
• Coordinate with internal departments to address guest requirements.
• Manage visitor records and guest-related documentation.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist during customer visits, meetings, and events.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
• Support other front-office and customer service activities as required.

Key Requirements

• Graduate/Diploma in any relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Hospitality, Real Estate, or Customer Service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
• Good interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
• Customer-focused attitude and professional approach.

Pay: ₹8,900.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
