Guest Relation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously.
• Provide personalized services and ensure guest preferences are recorded and respected.
• Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist with reservations, room assignments, and special guest requests.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
• Promote hotel services and facilities to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain accurate guest records and communication logs.
• Follow up on guest feedback and ensure all issues are resolved or escalated.
• Ensure VIP guests receive special attention and amenities.
• Monitor and respond to online reviews and guest satisfaction surveys (if required).

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles (Front Desk or similar preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with hotel property management systems (Hotsoft or WIN HMS ) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar guest-facing role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
