We are looking for a professional and patient-focused candidate for the position of Guest Relations Executive (GRE).

• Job Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist patients and visitors.
• Handle patient queries, complaints, and feedback.
• Guide patients regarding hospital departments and services.
• Ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.
• Coordinate with various hospital departments for prompt assistance.
• Maintain excellent patient relations and service standards.

Eligibility:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in hospital GRE, front office, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Location: Terna Hospital, Nerul, Navi Mumbai
