Job Scope

• Provide a warm welcome, high-touch service, F&B support, information, and wayfinding to employees and guests.

• Ensure workspaces, meeting rooms, and facilities are clean, well-equipped, functional, and ready for use.

• Act as the first point of contact for questions and concerns, troubleshoot issues, raise work orders, and follow up until resolved.

• Build strong relationships with employees and cross-functional teams while supporting employee engagement, well-being, and hybrid/flexible work needs.

• Gather employee feedback, conduct workplace experience checks, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate with teams to enhance the overall workplace experience.

• Requirements
  ITE or Diploma Qualification in any field of studies

• 1 – 2 Years of relevant working experience or working experience in Hospitality or Tourism Industries

• Candidate from Airline / Hotel / Real Estate Industries are most welcome to apply
