The Guest Relations Executive (GRE) is the first point of contact for all walk-in customers, prospective home buyers, channel partners, and visitors at CKPC Properties' sales gallery / experience centre in Bangalore. The GRE is responsible for creating a warm, professional, and memorable first impression that reflects CKPC's brand promise of Re-imagining People Experience, while efficiently managing guest flow, enquiries, and coordination between visitors and the sales team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and welcome all walk-in customers, channel partners, and guests at the sales office / experience centre with warmth and professionalism.
Manage the guest registration process, capture accurate visitor and lead details, and maintain an updated database/CRM.
¢ Coordinate the smooth handover of walk-in prospects to the appropriate Sales Executive based on availability and territory.
¢ Offer refreshments, manage the guest lounge/waiting area, and ensure a comfortable and premium experience for all visitors.
¢ Provide guests with an overview of CKPC Properties, its projects, amenities, and ongoing offers, in coordination with the sales team.
¢ Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for site visits, sample flat viewings, and client meetings.
¢ Handle guest queries, feedback, and concerns promptly and escalate issues to the relevant department when required.
¢ Maintain the ambience, cleanliness, and presentation standards of the reception, lounge, and display areas at all times.
¢ Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and facility teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
¢ Support the marketing and sales team during site events, launches, and promotional activities.
¢ Maintain daily visitor reports, footfall data, and MIS reports for management review.
¢ Uphold CKPC's brand standards, grooming, and etiquette guidelines at all times.
KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
¢ Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada (preferred).
¢ Warm, courteous, and guest-centric personality with a natural ability to build rapport.
¢ Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
¢ Well-groomed, presentable, and professional demeanour.
¢ Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM/visitor management tools.
¢ Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
¢ High attention to detail and a proactive, service-first attitude.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
¢ Graduate in any discipline; a degree/diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Mass Communication is an added advantage.
¢ 0-3 years of experience in guest relations, front office, hospitality, or a customer-facing role (real estate/hospitality industry preferred).
¢ Freshers with strong communication and presentation skills are encouraged to apply.
WORKING CONDITIONS
¢ Based at CKPC Properties' sales gallery/experience centre in Bangalore.
¢ May require working on weekends and holidays, as footfall is typically higher during these times.
¢ Standing/front-desk role requiring a polished and professional appearance at all times.
