- Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and throughout their stay.
- Act as the main point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Coordinate guest check-in and check-out processes with the relevant teams.
- Provide guests with information regarding villa facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle and resolve guest complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with Villa Managers, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments regarding guest needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
