Guest Relation Officer

Role Summary:
We are looking for a warm, energetic, and service-oriented Guest Associate to create memorable experiences for guests from arrival to departure. The role combines Front Office and Dining Operations, ensuring guests receive attentive hospitality across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs smoothly.
• Assist guests with inquiries, local recommendations, and activity bookings.
• Coordinate room readiness and guest requests with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
• Serve food and beverages professionally in the restaurant and during special events.
• Explain menus, take orders, and ensure timely service.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in guest-facing areas.
• Support reservations, billing, and daily operational tasks.
