Guest Relation Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and handle check-in/check-out processes for guests with exceptional hospitality.
• Explain property facilities, house rules, and local area information
• Serve as the main point of contact during guests' stay, responding to inquiries and requests via WhatsApp, phone, or booking platforms
• Handle guest complaints promptly, professionally, and with a solution-oriented approach
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure guest needs are met
• Ensure smooth check-out and inspect property conditions
• Recommend restaurants, activities, transportation, and attractions around Seminyak & Canggu
• Prepare daily reports on guest activity, issues, and follow-ups
• Maintain high service standards and positive guest reviews

Requirements

• Minimum high school/vocational diploma or D3 (Hospitality/Tourism preferred)
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Guest Service, Villa/Hotel Host, or hospitality Customer Service
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a must
• Excellent communication skills, friendly attitude, and neat appearance
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Proficient with smartphones, WhatsApp, and basic tools such as Google Sheets/Docs
• Own motorbike and valid driver's license (SIM C)
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Based in Denpasar ,Seminyak, Canggu, or surrounding areas is preferre
