Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a GRO / Front Desk Officer / Guest Experience Specialist (preferably in a luxury villa, resort, or wellness retreat).
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written is required, as the majority of our guests are international travelers).
• Vibrant, proactive, welcoming personality with a polished professional appearance.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Willing to be based in Canggu, Bali.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome guests upon arrival (check-in) and coordinate seamless check-out processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay.
• Provide detailed information regarding resort facilities, retreat activities, and local Bali recommendations.
• Ensure all guest requests and needs are met with high-end service standards.
• Handle and resolve guest complaints or inquiries promptly and professionally.
