Roles and Responsibility

• Supervise front office staff to ensure seamless guest relations and services.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage and coordinate front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in the front office area.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in guest relation supervision or association within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an advantage.
• Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
