We are delighted to invite applications for the role of Guest Relations Agent , a key position within our Rooms Division that supports the seamless flow of communication throughout the Resort. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a world‑class hospitality team at one of Ireland's most iconic luxury properties-especially as we prepare to welcome guests from around the world for the 2027 Ryder Cup , one of the most prestigious sporting events globally.

As a Guest Relations Agent, you will be at the heart of our guest journey. Working closely with Front Office, Guest Experience, Housekeeping, Spa, Golf, and our many other departments, you will ensure every guest feels recognised, supported, and effortlessly cared for from the moment they contact us.

What This Role Involves

• Serving as the central voice of the Resort through our Call Centre and Guest Relations inbox
• Welcoming guests with warmth, poise, and professionalism across every interaction
• Handling a wide range of enquiries with confidence and efficiency
• Managing Dining, Spa, Activities, and Golf reservations using our luxury‑level systems
• Coordinating guest requests and ensuring timely communication between departments
• Supporting VIP recognition, amenities, and personalised guest touches
• Upholding our Lost & Found programme with efficiency and care
• Assisting the Guest Experience team in delivering unforgettable stays

Who We're Looking For A naturally gracious and articulate communicator who thrives on delivering exceptional service . Someone who is:

• Warm, guest‑focused, and confident in communication
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced luxury environment
• Tech‑savvy with strong system and IT proficiency
• Experienced in 5‑star or luxury hospitality (desirable but not essential)

You will report to the Guest Experience Manager and Director of Guest Experience . Shift work applies, including weekends, as we operate 24/7 to deliver world‑class service.
