Guest Relations & Night Operations Specialist

Scale Up Philippines is looking for a Guest Relations & Night Operations Specialist to support a growing UK-based hospitality company managing serviced accommodations in London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and concerns via calls, email, and messaging.
• Monitor night operations and prepare daily handover reports.
• Manage basic bookkeeping, invoices, and expense tracking.
• Maintain Excel reports and track Amazon Business orders.
• Prepare staff schedules and coordinate shift changes.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in hospitality, guest relations, reservations, or UK-facing customer service.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic bookkeeping.
• Experience in staff scheduling is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Amazon Business is a plus.
• Organised, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working UK evening hours.
