About the Role:

As a Guest Relations Coordinator at Avir at White Rock, you will play a critical role in ensuring that every guest feels welcome, valued, and supported throughout their stay. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you will be the first point of contact for many of our guests, setting the tone for their entire experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Manage and coordinate front desk operations, including check-in/check-out, guest room assignments, and special requests
• Provide room key cards, answer questions about local amenities, and offer restaurant reservations and recommendations
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including comments and concerns
• Assist in resolving any issues that may arise during a guest's stay
• Work closely with the hotel's events team to ensure seamless execution of meetings and events

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role or hospitality environment a plus
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Friendly, approachable demeanor with a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest service
