Guest Relations Executive

• Salary Package: Basic up to $3800 + Mobile + Shift Allowance + VB

• Working hours: 5 days work week (8 hours per shift)
• Familiar with maintaining guest relationships

Responsibilities:

• Drive membership growth and develop new customer opportunities
• Build and maintain positive relationships with guests and members
• Promote upcoming events, campaigns, and membership benefits
• Respond to guest enquiries and collect feedback to enhance service quality
• Manage credit-related matters with professionalism and confidentiality
• Support daily operations and assist with event activities

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
