Guest Relations Executive

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.
• Assist guests with enquiries, requests, and special arrangements.
• Maintain strong guest relationships and ensure high guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and coordinate with the relevant departments for quick resolution.
• Assist with VIP, corporate, group, and special-occasion guests.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Restaurant, and other departments to ensure smooth guest service.
• Conduct guest follow-ups during their stay and after service when required.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, restaurant services, local attractions, and available services.
• Assist with check-in, check-out, room upgrades, and other Front Office activities when required.
• Encourage positive guest reviews and maintain the hotel's service standards.
• Maintain guest records and ensure confidentiality of guest information.
• Support the Front Office team during busy periods and special events.
• Ensure proper grooming, etiquette, and professional appearance at all times.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
