Position: Sales & Reservations Executive

Role Summary:
The role involves coordinating with restaurant operations to ensure smooth execution of bookings, maintaining guest relationships, and contributing to revenue growth through effective sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle reservations, party bookings, and event inquiries.
• Attend and respond to guest calls, messages, and emails promptly.
• Coordinate with operations and service teams for booking execution.
• Follow up on inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain booking records and guest databases.
• Assist in promoting restaurant offers, events, and special packages.
• Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and professional service.
• Resolve guest concerns related to reservations and bookings.

Requirements:

• Freshers can also Apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Location: Nirman Nagar, Ajmer Road, Jaipur
Salary: 13K to 15K

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
