Guest Relations Executive

We are looking for a presentable, confident, and professional Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to create a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.
• Assist guests with seating, table arrangements, reservations, and general queries.
• Follow up on guest requests and ensure concerns are addressed promptly.
• Manage guest communication through phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
• Handle reservations, enquiries, special requests, and guest preferences.
• Maintain guest records, daily reports, reservation details, and required updates.
• Collect guest feedback and share relevant insights with the management team.
• Assist the management team with daily front-of-house and guest relations activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Guest Relations, Hospitality, Front Office, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal communication and guest-handling skills.
• Good computer knowledge and basic reporting skills.
• Comfortable handling calls, WhatsApp, reservations, and guest enquiries.
• A positive, responsible, and hospitality-focused approach.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
