Guest Relations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a welcoming and seamless experience for guests from arrival to departure.
• Manage guest inquiries, bookings, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
• Ensure high-quality customer service that aligns with hospitality standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with guests, fostering loyalty and repeat visits.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction.
• Assist in organizing wellness programs, special events, and guest engagement activities.

What You Bring:

• Experience in hospitality or wellness industry (Ayurvedic or healthcare setting is an advantage).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first approach.
• Fluency in English (additional languages like Arabic or Hindi are a plus).
• Proficiency in booking systems and guest management tools is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
