HIRING | Guest Relations Associate

We are hiring an energetic and customer-focused Guest Relations Associate for Goa!

Location: Goa

Key Requirements

• Experience: Prior customer service or hospitality background preferred.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability: Ability to manage peak hours and work flexible or rotational shifts.
• Presentation: High standard of personal grooming and professional etiquette.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Guest Relations: Warmly greet and welcome arriving guests, manage registration processes, and handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Concierge Services: Assist guests with inquiries, local Goa sightseeing recommendations, activity bookings, and special requests.
• Issue Resolution: Address guest feedback and complaints promptly with a problem-solving and hospitable attitude.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and amenities meet high standards.
• Operational Support: Maintain accurate front office records, handle guest correspondence, and adhere to resort/hotel safety policies.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
