Guest Relations Executive - Female For Lonavala

Welcome and warmly greet guests, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience.
Handle guest queries, requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Coordinate with Front Office, FB, Housekeeping, Spa, and other departments for guest requirements.
Maintain regular guest interaction and ensure high standards of guest satisfaction.
Assist with VIP guest handling, special occasions, celebrations, and personalized arrangements.
Conduct guest follow-ups and maintain accurate records of feedback and requests.
Promote resort facilities, activities, restaurants, and services to guests.
Ensure professional grooming, etiquette, communication, and hospitality standards at all times.

Job Expectations:

Candidates from luxury hotels, resorts, or premium hospitality brands will be preferred

Minimum Qualification: Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality preferred Minimum Job Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Guest Relations / Front Office / Hospitality Reporting to: Guest Relation Manager Travel: NA
