Job Responsibilities

Handle reservations and respond to guest enquiries and requests.

Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.

Manage seating arrangements according to the floor plan.

Take note of guests’ preferences and special occasions.

Communicate guest requests and feedback to the service team.

Maintain guest profiles and relevant information.

Work closely with the Operations, Bar, and Floor teams to ensure smooth service.

Assist with basic floor service when required.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident, polished, and well-presented.

Passionate about hospitality and providing excellent guest experiences.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Hospitality, guest relations, or front-of-house experience is an advantage.
