Guest Relations Manager

We’re looking for customer-focused professionals with excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience.

• Guest Experience: Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing queries, resolving complaints, and managing escalations.
• Daily Operations: Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other teams to ensure smooth property operations.
• Guest Relations: Build strong guest relationships, encourage retention, and maintain high service standards.
• Occupancy & Revenue: Support occupancy targets, renewals, and revenue growth through effective guest engagement.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with on-ground teams to resolve issues and improve service quality.
• Standards & Compliance: Ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company policies.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a five-star hotel, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, guest handling, and complaint-resolution skills.
• Experience in hotel or property operations is preferred.

Qualifications

• A completed Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management is mandatory.
• Candidates currently pursuing their degree are not eligible for this role.
