What they need
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure excellent guest experience and satisfaction.
- Assist VIP guests and special arrangements.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs.
- Follow up on guest feedback and ensure issues are resolved.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Hospitality/Hotel Management is required.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Concierge, or related hotel positions.
- Experience in a 4/5-star hotel is preferred, but candidates from other hotel categories are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented, friendly, and professional.
- Good command of English.
- Well-groomed and presentable
