About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and proactive Guest Relations Officer to help us deliver excellent guest experiences across our villa portfolio in Bali.

This role involves meeting guests personally during check-ins, check-outs, and courtesy visits, understanding their needs, handling concerns, and making sure they have a smooth and memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily guest check-ins, check-outs, and courtesy visits
• Welcome guests and build a friendly relationship with them
• Ensure guests are comfortable and satisfied during their stay
• Handle guest complaints calmly and coordinate with the relevant team for quick resolution
• Follow up on guest concerns until they are properly resolved
• Identify opportunities to improve the guest experience
• Encourage positive guest feedback and reviews
• Support upselling of additional services where suitable
• Coordinate with Guest Communication, Operations, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams
• Maintain proper updates and records of guest visits and issues

Who We Are Looking For

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience may apply
• Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable meeting new people
• Good spoken and written English
• Bahasa Indonesia proficiency
• Calm and professional even in difficult situations
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Responsible, organised, and proactive
• Comfortable travelling locally for guest visits
• Hospitality, villa, hotel, customer service, or guest relations experience is an advantage

Compensation

Salary: IDR 3.2 million/month
Salary review after 3 months based on performance
