Guest Relations Officer

Role Overview

The Guest Relations Officer is the first point of contact for our clinic. Your main goal is to welcome patients, assist them with check-in, answer questions, and ensure their visit is smooth and stress-free.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care & Greeting: Welcome patients warmly, assist with check-in/check-out, and direct them to the right treatment area.
• Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to basic email inquiries, and schedule appointments.
• Patient Support: Keep patients updated on wait times and help resolve any minor complaints or questions with care and empathy.
• Check-In & Payments: Verify patient details, update records, and collect co-payments or fees.
• Clinic Upkeep: Keep the reception and waiting room clean, organized, and welcoming.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; fresh graduates in Hospitality, Communications, Healthcare, or related fields are welcome to apply.
• 1+ years of customer service or front desk experience is a plus, but fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply. On-the-job training will be provided.
• Friendly, polite, and professional personality with strong communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using electronic health or scheduling systems.
• Ability to stay calm, empathetic, and helpful under pressure.
