Requirements:
Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK); Diploma/Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.
Friendly, confident, proactive, and excellent in communication.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable with sales, promotion, and customer follow-up.
Well-groomed and professional in appearance.
Good command of English is a plus.
Willing to work on shifts.
