About the role
We are a premium confinement centre seeking a Guest Relations Officer to join our team near Newton MRT/Downtown Line.
Key responsibilities
- Liaise with guests and provide guest relations support
- Works cohesively and respectfully within the department
- Engage in personal conversation with guests in a professional manner
- Prioritize and organize work efficiently
- Support proactively and work well with a team
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management
About you
- Good written and communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
- Possesses good interpersonal skills and attentiveness to details
- Self-motivated with a positive "Can Do" mindset
- Acts with integrity and high professionalism
- Embraces and adapts supportively to changes
- Self-confidence and charisma
- Well-groomed appearance and friendly personality
- Customer Relations experience is an added advantage
- Previous working experience in hotel, hospitality or travel industry are welcome to apply
