GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER / FRONT DESK

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a Guest Relations Officer or Front Desk in a luxury villa, hotel, or resort.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Familiarity with front office operations and booking systems (PMS).
• Ability to communicate with guests and handle requests/complaints in an efficient and calm manner.
