• Location -Savista Hotel, Village Sanjhriya, Ajmer Road, Jaipur

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement effective guest relationship strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of guest requests and services.
• Analyze guest feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and preferences.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in guest relationship management or a related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Experience with CRM software and technology is an asset.
