Guest Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests professionally.
• Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints.
• Coordinate check-in/check-out or guest-service activities as applicable.
• Maintain guest records and service documentation.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, operations, food & beverage, and other departments.
• Follow up on guest requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Collect guest feedback and communicate improvement areas to management.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Support guest engagement and relationship-building initiatives.
