Guest Room Attendant

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms thoroughly, including making beds, vacuuming carpets, dusting surfaces, and replenishing amenities.
• Perform floor care tasks such as mopping, sweeping, and polishing to maintain spotless and safe surfaces.
• Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
• Restock supplies like toiletries, beverages, and other guest necessities to ensure comfort throughout their stay.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms to create a welcoming environment.
• Follow safety protocols diligently while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a secure workspace.

Requirements

• Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple rooms and tasks effectively.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and reaching.
• Experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles enhances your fit for this position.
