The Guest Service Agent is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing professional and personalized service throughout the guest journey. The role manages check-in and check-out procedures, handles guest enquiries and requests, processes reservations and payments, and ensures accurate guest records while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. Working closely with all hotel departments, the Guest Service Agent anticipates guest needs, resolves concerns efficiently, and creates memorable experiences that reflect Anantara's luxury service standards.
