Guest Service Agent

• Provide front of the house guest services to guests.
• Attend to all arriving and departing guests.
• Maintain and update guests’ profiles accurately.

Requirement

• Degree or diploma in hospitality management or related disciplines
• Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese, ability to speak Putonghua is highly preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and work as a team
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Dynamic and energetic
• Shift duty required.
