What they need
崗位職責：
- 於前台迎接及登記客人，確保程序順暢並以親切態度處理
- 處理客人查詢，提供飯店設施、鄰近景點及餐飲資訊等協助
- 處理客房預訂、修改及取消事宜，並更新系統紀錄
- 處理客人退房手續、結帳及賬單查詢
- 解決客人投訴或疑慮，並將重要事項呈報予主管
- 協調房務及其他部門工作，確保客人需求得到及時回應
- 維持前台區域整潔有序，確保良好的工作環境
- 操作前台系統及電話機，記錄重要信息
崗位要求：
- 香港中學文憑或以上學歷
- 至少2年飯店或客務行業經驗，前台服務經驗尤佳
- 優秀的溝通技巧，具備中文（廣東話、普通話）及英文的書寫和口頭能力
- 熟悉飯店管理系統及基本電腦操作如Microsoft Office
- 具有親切、耐心及問題解決能力，能應對多變的客服需求
- 具責任心及團隊合作精神，能有效與各部門協調
- 具形象專業、儀容整潔，能代表飯店專業形象
- 對服務行業充滿熱誠，樂於為客人提供協助
- 有經驗者將會被考慮為Guest Services Supervisor
