About the Role

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be one of the first points of contact for our guests, ensuring every interaction is warm, welcoming, and professional. This role is primarily focused on operating the hotel switchboard, managing guest enquiries and requests, and supporting the wider Front Office team to deliver seamless guest experiences.

Working closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage and other hotel departments, you'll ensure guest requests are handled efficiently and to the high standards our guests have come to expect from Amora.

This is a full-time position working primarily day shifts, with flexibility to work afternoon shifts as required.

Rostered shifts include:

• Day Shift: 8:00am – 4:00pm
• Afternoon Shift: 4:00pm – 9:00pm

Flexibility to work both shifts, including weekends and public holidays, is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Professionally operate the hotel switchboard and manage incoming calls.
• Respond to guest enquiries and requests with warmth, care and efficiency.
• Coordinate guest requests with Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage and other hotel departments.
• Provide administrative support to the wider Front Office team.
• Assist with guest arrivals, departures and reception duties as required.
• Maintain accurate guest information while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
• Build positive relationships with guests and colleagues through exceptional service.
• Deliver memorable guest experiences that reflect the Amora brand and values.

• Confidence using computer systems and learning new technology.
• Previous Front Office, Guest Service Agent or hotel switchboard experience is desirable but not essential.
• Availability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays.
