Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is essential in creating positive guest experiences and maintaining the high standards of our hospitality services.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
• Manage reservations and provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions using phone systems and hotel management software.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
• Provide support for phone etiquette, ensuring all calls are answered courteously and efficiently.
• Assist in promoting hotel services to enhance guest relations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in front desk operations or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus.
