Guest Service Agent

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Hospitality Customer Service Agent to deliver exceptional client experiences in a dynamic hospitality environment. Responsibilities

• Greet guests and clients warmly, providing friendly and professional service
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with excellent phone etiquette, addressing inquiries promptly and accurately
• Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and general information about services and amenities
• Manage customer support requests, resolving issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
• Conduct data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office tools and other computer systems
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and client preferences for future reference
• Handle cash transactions securely when applicable, ensuring accuracy in cash handling procedures

Experience

• Previous experience in Hotels or restaurants is helpful
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively across different channels (phone, email, face-to-face)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping
• Knowledge of hospitality or client services industries will be considered an asset
• Strong analysis skills to assess guest needs and provide tailored solutions
• Previous cash handling experience and proficiency in typing for quick data entry are desirable
