Guest Service Agent

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and friendly Guest Service Representative to create a welcoming environment for our guests and ensure their experience is exceptional from start to finish. In this role, you will be the first point of contact, providing outstanding customer service, assisting with product information, and handling transactions efficiently. Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, establishing a friendly and approachable atmosphere
• Assist customers with information about our rates, hotel rooms, times of breakfast and checkout.
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
• Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness, by sweeping, mopping, cleaning lobby and keeping it fresh and clean.
• Provide bilingual support to accommodate diverse customer needs and improve overall service quality
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely

Skills

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively in both person and over the phone
• Proven experience in hospitality, cashiering, or customer service roles, preferably in hotel or similar environments
• Supervising experience is a plus, especially in overseeing team members or training new staff
• Familiarity with computer skills, cash handling and transaction accuracy
• Ability to perform strong customer service skills, strong pleasant phone ettiquite
• Bilingual proficiency to serve a diverse customer base is highly desirable
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in hotel enviroment and strong customer skills

Your schedule is very important. You will be required to give at least a 4 hour notice before calling out unless it is an emergency and a no call no show will Not be tolerated.

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 per week
