Guest Service Agent

**Job Summary: **

We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to ensure exceptional customer service for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently.

**Responsibilities: **

1. Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes.

2. Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally.

3. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options.

4. Address guest concerns and resolve complaints in a timely and effective manner.

5. Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.

6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met.

**Qualifications: **

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Proven customer service experience in a hospitality setting is preferred.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.

5. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

6. Proficiency in using reservation and payment systems.

**Physical Requirements: **

1. Ability to stand for extended periods.

2. Lift and carry luggage and other items as needed.

3. Moderate to fast-paced work environment requiring manual dexterity.
