We are a guest-focused hotel located in Sydney, committed to delivering friendly, professional, and memorable experiences. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Guest Service Agents to join our team on a casual basis.

Role Overview
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing excellent customer service while supporting daily front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and deliver a smooth check-in and check-out experience
• Knowledge and experience about opera PMS system
• Handle reservations, enquiries, and phone calls
• Process payments and manage billing accurately
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns promptly
• Maintain front desk presentation and hotel standards
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
• Follow hotel policies and procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role preferred
• RSA & First Aid Certificate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and well-presented
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Basic computer skills; hotel PMS experience is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
