Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional experience
• Manage guest ordering processes efficiently using our Toast P.O.S. system.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and foster positive relationships
• Utilize multilingual or bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse guests.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, cancellations, and guest preferences through our P.O.S. system.
• Assist with night closing procedures to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy

Requirements

• Proven experience in guest service roles within retail establishments
• Strong customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset and excellent phone etiquette
• Familiarity with P.O.S. systems
• Ability to communicate fluently in English; additional languages are a plus
• Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest services best practices
• Previous guest service experience
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests and team members alike

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
