About the role

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the face of the hotel, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all shifts. From welcoming guests to managing overnight operations, you will play a key role in maintaining service standards and guest satisfaction. This role operates on a rotating roster, including morning, evening, and overnight shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally
• Handle reservations, enquiries, and guest requests across all channels
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
• Support overnight operations, including basic night audit tasks
• Ensure guest safety, security, and comfort during all shifts
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and with care
• Maintain a clean and professional front office environment
• Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure smooth operations

About you

• Previous hotel front office experience preferred
• Experience with Opera (Cloud) is highly regarded
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• RSA certification is an advantage
