Guest Service Agent

Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to join our hospitality team. Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
• Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and special requests
• Uphold front desk operations with attention to detail and hospitality standards
• Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling and documentation as needed

Experience

• Prior experience in front desk or hotel customer service roles is preferred
• Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and guest service software is advantageous
• Strong phone etiquette skills combined with excellent interpersonal communication abilities
• Experience working in a hospitality environment, including hotel experience, is a plus
• Multilingual or bilingual skills are desirable to serve a diverse guest base
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
