Guest Service Agent

Overview

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Guest Services Agent / Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This role is essential to delivering an exceptional guest experience during overnight hours while ensuring accurate front desk operations and nightly financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with professionalism and provide exceptional customer service at the front desk during night shifts
• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries
• Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to guest inquiries, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
• Perform nightly audit procedures, including balancing daily transactions and preparing reports.
• Address guest concerns promptly and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and special requests
• Ensure the security of the hotel premises during overnight hours by monitoring surveillance systems and conducting regular patrols
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and reporting as needed
• Uphold hotel policies, procedures, and standards of service excellence

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction
• Experience with front desk operations and night audit processes is a plus
• Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in multi-line phone systems required
• Ability to work overnight shifts consistently, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Previous hotel experience or resort background is advantageous

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
