Guest Service Agent

Position: Front Desk Agent (FDA)

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and handle check-in and check-out procedures.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries.
• Process guest payments and ensure billing accuracy.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records and follow hotel SOPs.
• Maintain professional grooming and excellent customer service standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar position is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Well-groomed, professional, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
