Position Overview

We are looking for a friendly, service-minded, and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent Intern to join our Front Office team. The intern will support daily front desk operations and assist guests throughout their stay to ensure a warm, professional, and memorable experience.

This position is particularly suitable for candidates who are confident in communicating in English  and are interested in developing their career in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.

• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures.

• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, room types, and operating hours.

• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and basic complaints professionally.

• Assist guests with transportation, restaurant recommendations, local attractions, and other hotel services.

• Communicate with guests in Englishto provide effective and personalized service.

• Answer telephone calls, emails, and guest inquiries when required.

• Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, and Concierge, to fulfill guest requests.

• Assist with luggage and other Front Office services when required.

• Maintain accurate guest information and assist with basic Front Office administrative tasks.

• Follow hotel standards, policies, and procedures at all times.

• Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate excellent hospitality etiquette.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Office Supervisor or management.

• Currently studying in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.

• Good command of spoken and written English.

• Russin speaking woukd be advantage

• Friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented personality.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willing to learn and work as part of a multicultural team.

• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
