About the role
We are seeking a Guest Service Agent (Mandarin-Speaking) to join our Front Office and Guest Services team at our property in Tabanan, Bali. This is a full-time position based on-site at our location. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, guiding tour for our guest, providing warm, professional, and multilingual support throughout their stay.

Good manners and willingness to learn
Have a good personality to give an excellent service for customer
Able to operating Ms. Word
Able to multitasking
Able to join immediately
